Active Duty Transition

Active Duty Transition

Time to ETS

So you are thinking about leaving the Big Army and heading home. Home – probably haven’t seen that place in a while. It’s a big decision. Most of us have been in your boots. We just want you to have all the facts about what the Guard can offer you. Please check out the rest of this website regarding the benefits of joining the New Mexico Army National Guard.

RCT Coordinator

We also have a dedicated Reserve Component Transition (RCT) NCO. The RCT’s fulltime job is to make sure you make an informed decision about joining the New Mexico Army National Guard. They can help you through the process and answer all of your questions. Our RCT also conducts regular visits to Active Duty Installations around the country. They might be visiting your installation soon.

The Enlisted Affiliation Bonus is offered to current enlisted Active Army Soldiers who affiliate directly into a critical skill vacancy in the Army National Guard.
